Priscilla Presley and Son Navarone Garibaldi Garcia Dazzle Together in Germany – Their Stylish Look Catches Online Attention

This event was meant to celebrate Priscilla Presley’s remarkable past with Elvis Presley, but an emotional exchange offered a rare glimpse into a more intimate aspect of her life. Beneath this heartwarming family moment lies a story filled with personal struggles, complex relationships, and an unbreakable bond.

What started as a special outing between mother and son quickly turned into an unexpected topic of discussion online. As new photos circulated, two very different details about their appearance sparked questions among social media users.

A Rare Mother-Son Appearance That Sparked Conversations

On October 20, 2026, 81-year-old Priscilla Presley was spotted with her 39-year-old son, Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, during a visit to Baesweiler, Germany.

This occasion was particularly significant for Elvis Presley’s ex-wife, who traveled to the German city ahead of a special event honoring her life alongside the late king of rock ‘n’ roll. According to HELLO! magazine’s Instagram, Priscilla signed the city’s Golden Book during her visit, accompanied by her rarely seen son.

This musician, whom she shares with her former partner, producer Marco Garibaldi, is the younger half-brother of the late Lisa Marie Presley. This visit also allowed the pair to reconnect with Detlef Malinkewitz, who appeared in photos taken during the event.

In a video from the occasion, Priscilla was seen happily addressing the attendees, expressing her excitement for the upcoming celebration. “I can’t wait to have a wonderful evening with all of you,” she said.

However, she also took a moment to honor someone special. “And I would like to introduce my son,” Priscilla continued, turning to Navarone.

Her son happily took the floor and shared a few heartfelt words about traveling abroad with his mother. “Hi everyone. I’m just glad to be traveling with my mom, and thank you for your warm welcome,” he said. “Everyone has been so kind to both of us. A big thank you to everyone.”

Their affectionate exchange was just one aspect that made this appearance memorable. Photos from the event showed Priscilla in an elegant all-black outfit, consisting of a turtleneck, fitted pants, and a flowing jacket. Her signature red hair framed her face, complemented by a delicate gold necklace that completed her understated look.

Navarone matched his mother with a dark jacket, shirt, and jeans, giving their joint appearance a polished yet casual vibe.

The photographs also captured touching moments between the two, including shots of Navarone standing close to Priscilla as she affectionately rested her head against him. Yet, as these images circulated on social media, some users focused on more than just this comforting family moment.

Social Media Users Notice Two Very Different Details

The photos and accompanying video triggered a wave of reactions, with many internet users focusing on the facial features of Priscilla and the noticeable tattoos on her son. Under a Facebook Reel showcasing this appearance, one user asked: “What happened to her teeth?”

Another user echoed this sentiment, writing: “What happened to her teeth? [sic] You can barely see them.” Someone else also questioned Priscilla’s appearance, commenting: “What’s wrong with her mouth?”

Meanwhile, Navarone’s prominent tattoos sparked their own debate. One person reacted to the heavily tattooed musician’s neck, commenting: “Could he get a smaller tattoo… on his neck 😢 [sic]?”

The questions regarding his tattoos did not stop there. In the comments of another People magazine Facebook post, one user wondered: “What’s that tattoo on his neck?” Another echoed this curiosity: “What’s that on his neck 🤯 [sic]?”

Although these comments reflect how closely users scrutinized the pair’s appearance, the photos alone do not determine if anything has changed, whether regarding medical or aesthetic issues.

For Priscilla, however, this discussion revisits a troubling incident related to a cosmetic procedure that made headlines nearly two decades ago.

The Troubling Story of Priscilla and a Cosmetic Procedure

In March 2008, TMZ reported that Priscilla had been a victim of a botched cosmetic procedure carried out by a man posing as a doctor within the Hollywood elite. According to the report, she received injections from Daniel Serrano, an Argentine who was not legally allowed to practice medicine in the United States around 2003.

Daniel reportedly touted these treatments as “miracle injections” more effective than Botox, attracting well-connected clients through Hollywood’s social circles. However, the substance he administered turned out to be industrial-grade silicone, similar to that used for lubricating car parts in Argentina.

TMZ reported that these injections were not FDA-approved and that Daniel had smuggled the substance into the United States. The site also detailed private events surrounding these injections, attended by women close to high-profile Hollywood figures, including Shawn King, who was married to Larry King, and Diane Richie, then married to Lionel Richie.

Daniel charged his clients between $300 and $500 per injection. According to the article, some women suffered severe complications, including lumps, paralysis, and facial tissue damage.

Shawn reportedly stated that these injections left her with a lump on her lip that made it difficult for her to speak and drink normally. Daniel, nicknamed “Dr. Jiffy Lube,” was later sued for smuggling and using unauthorized medications.

TMZ reported that he was convicted and was released from prison shortly before the publication of the article in March 2008; at that time, immigration authorities were investigating whether he could be deported.

Diane was also indicted in connection with this matter and later received a suspended sentence following a plea deal. As for Priscilla, the site reported that she was unaware that she was receiving silicone injections and was undergoing corrective procedures at that time.

This incident offered a troubling look into the dangers of unregulated cosmetic treatments, especially when performed by individuals without proper medical qualifications. However, this report does not clarify what users may have noticed about Priscilla’s appearance in the October 2026 photos.

As some users fixated on her appearance, others were curious about who the man beside her was—a musician with a fascinating family history.

Who is Navarone Garibaldi Garcia, Priscilla Presley’s Son?

Though connected to one of the most famous families in music history, Navarone has generally led a much quieter life than his famous relatives. As noted in a 2023 profile on Biography, he was born on March 1, 1987, to Priscilla and Brazilian producer Marco.

Navarone was born several years after Priscilla’s marriage to Elvis, which lasted from 1967 until their divorce in 1973. According to Today, Priscilla and Marco met through mutual friends in 1983 and announced they were expecting a child three years later.

The couple never married and ultimately separated in 2006. Marco later established his own production company, Godfather Entertainment, in 2008. However, Navarone’s relationship with his father was to become much more complicated as he grew older.

A Family Revelation That Changed Everything

Although Navarone and Marco reportedly had frequent disagreements while the musician was growing up, they grew closer after his parents’ separation. However, their relationship later deteriorated due to a surprising revelation about his father’s origins.

Navarone had grown up believing Marco came from a wealthy Italian family, but in 2017, he allegedly reached out to a Brazilian teenager claiming to be his cousin. Through this contact, he learned that his father was actually from Brazil and had changed his last name from Garcia to Garibaldi, apparently thinking that a Hispanic surname might hurt his Hollywood career.

When Navarone confronted his father about these revelations, Marco reportedly responded, “Erase my number.” The two then distanced themselves from each other. Nevertheless, this discovery prompted Navarone to travel to Brazil, where he reconnected with relatives he had not known before.

“I lost one family member, but I gained over twenty,” he reflected on this experience. “I have no regrets.” The musician also forged his own professional identity, pursuing a creative career that echoed his family’s musical ties without directly following in Elvis’s footsteps.

Finding His Own Path in Music

Navarone left the safety of his famous family at 18 to settle in Santa Cruz, California. He returned to Los Angeles in 2012 and founded the synth-rock band Them Guns, where he serves as the singer and guitarist.

“I thought, ‘Okay, I’ll jump into the family business. I’ll write a song, and then we’ll go on tour,’” he reminisced. “I didn’t realize it took so much more than that.”

The band released a song titled “Acid Plane” in February 2023 and discussed potential concerts for that year. Outside of his professional activities, Navarone also reached a significant milestone in his personal life.

Love, Marriage, and a Special Celebration

In February 2022, Navarone married Elisa Achilli in a romantic ceremony at Hotel Schloss Hünigen in Konolfingen, Switzerland. The couple had met about four years earlier and maintained a long-distance relationship until Navarone proposed on Christmas Day in 2020.

Speaking about their wedding to People magazine, the musician expressed his gratitude for finding such a supportive partner. “I never thought I would find someone so understanding and supportive,” he said. “Everything we do together happens effortlessly, and I can’t imagine my life without her.”

Priscilla was present for the celebration and marked the special moment by throwing colorful flower petals in the air. Jerry Schilling, a longtime friend of Elvis and talent agent, also participated in the festivities remotely via Zoom.

However, alongside these joyful moments, Navarone also candidly spoke about some of the most challenging times in his life.

His Past Struggles and His Mother’s Support

In a revealing interview with People, Navarone discussed his past struggles with substance abuse that began in his teenage years. He admitted to using heroin while still in high school, eventually developing an addiction to fentanyl. “I thought I was taking heroin, but it was actually fentanyl [sic],” he explained. “It was a whole different story. I became so dependent that I needed it every 45 minutes.”

However, he described a trip to Switzerland in 2020 as a major turning point. “When COVID hit, I wanted to go see her for more than three or four days,” Navarone said of Elisa. “I didn’t want to have to carry a pound of fentanyl wherever I went. I pulled myself together and told myself, ‘Let’s see where this can go.’”

According to the interview, he spent roughly a month in detox at Priscilla’s home, emphasizing the support she provided during this particularly challenging time.

Substance abuse issues had also affected other members of the Presley family, including Lisa Marie, whose past experiences with opioids have been highlighted in a June 2022 article detailing the family’s tumultuous history. After Lisa Marie’s passing in January 2023, Navarone publicly acknowledged that their relationship had not always been easy.

Although he attended her funeral service at Graceland, the two siblings reportedly had a complicated relationship. Sharing a photo of himself with his late half-sister, Navarone wrote: “I wish things had gone differently between us.”

He also spoke warmly of his niece Riley Keough, particularly praising the relationship she holds with her younger sisters, twins Harper and Finley Lockwood. Despite the many personal challenges faced by the family, the bond between Navarone and Priscilla Presley has remained a significant element in his life.

In fact, he had previously expressed a desire to take his mother to Brazil, where he had reconnected with his extended family. “She was there in the ’80s, but I think she needs to be reminded of how nice it is,” he said. “I would love to settle there one day.”

This close bond was once again on display during their appearance in Germany in October 2026. And although the online discussions predominantly focused on their appearance, the photos also presented a rare opportunity to see the mother and son sharing the spotlight together.
